Delivery & Installation Policy

The upgrade service is not available by post and requires either attendance to your site, a visit to our premises or the premises of one of our agents, dealers or franchisees. Every effort will be made to install the goods within 7 working days after your order has been accepted and in any event within the time stipulated on the order. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in installation. In this case, we may inform you of the delay and the reason for the delay as soon as is practical.

Returns Policy - Your Right to Cancel

We want you to be delighted with your order. If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time from the day you placed the order, up to 14 working days starting the day after the upgrade was installed into your vehicle. A refund of all monies, will be made within 14 days of cancellation provided the upgrade has been removed from your vehicle. You must return the vehicle to our offices or an agents premises in order to do this.

Faulty Goods

If your goods develop a fault within its 12 months guarantee, we will arrange to inspect and re-install the upgrade, free of charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not contact you in any way in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, email address, etc. Credit card details for payments processed via this web site are not know to us, they are used by our payments processor, PayPal and we are informed as to whether the transaction has gone through.

Credit card details for payments processed in person or over the phone are not retained after the transaction has been processed, by our payments processor, PayPal. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us, or by checking your details in your account. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this from happening. The information collected in this way will only be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
